If you're like me or any other capable man, you hate failures. failing flies in the face of the very destiny that we've built in our heads, seeing that we are often the leaders amongst our relatives. it hurts. Want to know what makes me cry, LITERALLY. FAILING!. Especially at something we work on constantly to get accurate results. These days no matter what the failure may be, i try to detach myself from all of it. simply seeing it as a learning lesson loses its novelty after years spent in the field. After awhile you feel like an expert, and experts get Paid to get it right.. THE TYPE OF MEN WE ARE, WE HAVE TO REINVENT OURSELVES OVER and over, to become a finished capable man, but honestly were never finish. but as we do we become accomplished.
And THIS is why we hunt
Because we want more. more accomplishment. What man does not want more for his family, for his friends, his relatives and comrades even for his haters and opponents, he wants them to see more, be able to envy over more and drool over more. Men are not special in this particular aspect as the world is full of creature’s, mammals and reptiles, plants and insects alike that all crave more.
More growth, more evolution, more experience, more freedom. This may be unfortunate but, in our society, at large the value of a man is based what he has and what he knows. If he doesn't know anything he won't have anything. This is why so much focus is on what he has. Based on what a man has you can use it as a visual barometer of how much he knows. The Bible said it best, you know a tree by its fruit.
Make no mistake about it if you took every single woman off the face of the earth men would likely refrain from buying cars, jewelry, and large homes. But we would all be still working and striving for more. For many of us it's our superpower. It's the thing that we don't know how to stop doing. Setbacks and failures happen but we don't let that get in the way of us producing more. On occasion someone will ask me how much is required to have a successful business my answer is always the same, MORE!
No one has any idea whatsoever how much a business will require. You think Jeff Bezos knew that he would lose $40 million every year for ten years? No way. Businesses are just an extension of Any form of organization including a marriage. How much work will it take to have a good marriage, I'm sure the answer is more. And after you give more, you're going to need some more. Some may call this greedy, always wanting more however, since every living Organism on this planet is craving it, I wouldn't call it greedy. Me myself I would just call it life on earth Within the human experience. Happy Hunting!
